เรื่องย่อ : ในวันที่ควรจะเต็มไปด้วยสีสันอันสนุกสนาน ของสนามแข่งรถ นิค โอแบนนอน (บ็อบบี้ แคมโป) กลับเห็นภาพล่วงหน้าถึงความหายนะชวนสยอง หลายเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้รถแข่งหลายคันเกิดชนกัน จนเถ้าติดไฟกระจายสู่อัฒจรรย์และทำให้เพื่อน ๆ ของเขาถึงแก่ความตายอย่างทารุณ จากนั้นชั้นบนพังลงมาทับเขา เมื่อหลุดจากภวังค์ร้าย นิคตกใจกลัวและกล่อมให้แฟนสาว ลอรี่ (แชนเทล แวนแซนเทน) และเพื่อน ๆ เจเนท (ฮาเลย์ เวบบ์) และฮันท์ (นิค ซาโน) ให้กลับ… รอดพ้นไปได้อย่างหวุดหวิดก่อนที่ภาพน่ากลัวที่นิคเห็นจะเกิดขึ้นจริงอย่าง โหดร้าย ด้วยความคิดว่าโกงความตายได้ ทั้งหมดเหมือนได้ต่อเวลาชีวิต แต่โชคร้ายสำหรับนิคและลอรี่ ที่มันเพิ่งจะเริ่มต้นเท่านั้น การเห็นภาพล่วงหน้าของเขายังดำเนินต่อไป และผู้ที่รอดมาได้ทยอยตายกันไปทีละคน ในรูปแบบที่ยิ่งสยดสยองขึ้นทุกที นิคต้องหาคำตอบให้ได้ว่าจะโกงความตายอีกครั้งและตลอดไปอย่างไร ก่อนที่ตัวเขาเองจะต้องลงเอยด้วยจุดจบครั้งสุดท้าย ....
