เรื่องย่อ : ใยบัว เป็นเพียงลูกจ้างรายวันในโรงงานปั่นทอขนาดใหญ่แห่งหนึ่งแถบชานเมือง ถึงจะมีความรู้น้อย แต่ด้วยรูปร่างหน้าตาเป็นที่สะดุดตาของผู้พบเห็น จึงมีลูกจ้างชายระดับเดียวกันทั้งในและนอกโรงงานหลายคนให้ความสนใจเธอ แต่เธอไม่เคยให้ความสนใจใคร จนกระทั่งได้พบและรู้จักกับพิมาน พนักงานฝ่ายบริหารของโรงงานที่มีโอกาสก้าวหน้าต่อไปในอนาคต เธอจึงทุ่มเทความรักให้เขาหมดทั้งตัวและหัวใจ แต่หลังจากมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างลึกซึ้ง พิมานกลับนำคลิปภาพที่ควรจะเป็นความลับของเธอกับเขาเพียงสองคนไปอวดเพื่อน เพื่อน ๆ ของพิมานที่เห็นคลิปต่างแสดงอาการกระหายที่จะมีความสัมพันธ์กับเธออย่างเปิด เผย ทำให้เธอรู้สึกอับอายและเสียใจในการกระทำของพิมาน แต่ยังไม่ทันที่เธอจะได้คำอธิบายจากพิมาน พิมาน ก็ถูกส่งตัวไปควบคุมโรงงานที่บริษัทขยายออกไปต่างจังหวัดระยะหนึ่งอย่างเร่ง ด่วน ขณะเดียวกัน โรงงานก็ประกาศปลดคนงานในแผนกที่เธอทำอยู่ออกทั้งหมด โดยอ้างว่าต่างประเทศไม่สั่งผลิตสินค้า จึงจำเป็นต้องยุบฝ่ายผลิตบางแผนกลง
